• How do i make and order?
  
  Simply click the "BUY" button on ya top. Fill Up the form with your personal particulars and purchase details!
  
  

  1. Look out for the comfirmation of order email after submitting the order. That will indicate that we have received and processed your order.
     
     
  2. After receiving the confirmation mail, please follow the instruction given on the email and bank transfer the money to us via any of the POSB/DBS/UOB atms around the island OR via E-BANKING. Keep the transaction receipt and email us the transaction code.
     
     
  3. Once we have comfirmed the payment, we will send you a Comfirmation of Payment email and your package will be on its way. Voila!

• How are the measurements made?
  
  Measurements at the chest area refer to the circumference of the clothes BELOW the bust line. Measurements at the waist area refer to the circumference of the clothes at your mid body, NOT at the hips.
  
  
• Where did you guys get your stuff from?
  
  T and T. Taiwan and Thailand. Taiwan because its the land of cutie pies. Thailand because its the land of up and coming designers (beside the thousand smiles).
  
  
• How do I transfer funds using the ATM?

• I live in the east area so meeting up at Jurong Point or Lot1 is inconvenient for me. How else can I get my goods?
  
  The best solution is for mSc to sent you the items through postage, which is at a fixed fee of $2 only. Otherwise, there may be some exceptions where we can meet you in town areas at allocated time and date. There is room for compromise and accommodation =).
  
  
• How long do I have to wait to get my items?
  
  mSc will send you a confirmation email which include payment details to you within 24hours after we received your order. Upon receiving full payment, we will dispatch your items as soon as possible. Hence the whole transaction will take about 4-10days depending on how fast you transfer us the money. However for meet ups, we can only meet you during the weekends hence if you order on Monday, the earliest we can meet you is on Saturday or Sunday again, this depends on the day that is most convenient for both parties =)
  
  
• What happens if I received my items late?
  
  mSc will try to send you the items as soon as possible, should there be any delay due to our incompetence (lets say you have not received your items after 3 weeks!) we will void the standard postage fee for you and you’ll receive a 15% off your items.
  
  
• Can I get a refund for defective items?
  
  Items sold are non-refundable for cash. Please check the goods throughly upon receiving the goods. We would like to ensure you that we have inspected every single piece of good thoroughly before we deliever it out to our dearest customer. Please read ‘Exchange and Refunds’ under our terms and conditions for more details.
  
  
• How do you guys allocate your supply of goods given that there is an overwhelming demand?
  
  Our goods are sold at a first come first serve basis and they are very limited. So hurry!!! We might consider special request to bring in certain popular items if the demand is good. :)
  
  
• Do you guys sell the pretty accessories that the models are wearing?
  
  Yes! We do sell the accessories (though we do not specialize in this area yet) but please note that the accessories only come in one piece for each design.
  
  
• Any discount if we buy more from mSc?
  
  For customers who purchase more than 5 items, the standard postage fee will be waived.
